Schönen Montag euch allen!
Ich habe kürzlich den Beitrag zum Betreibungsamt gesehen und wollte mir noch ein paar weitere Gedanken zu den nächsten Schritten machen.
Ich ging zum örtlichen Betreibungsamt und holte den Zahlungsbefehl ab.
(Zuallererst lebe ich in Basel und verstehe, dass es meine Verantwortung ist, Schweizerdeutsch zu lernen, was ich versuche, aber es fällt mir einfach wirklich schwer…). Der Agent sprach fast perfekt Englisch und sagte mir, dass er es nicht auf Englisch erklären könne und gab mir einfach den Zahlungsbefehl. Ich entschuldigte mich dafür, dass ich die Sprache nicht beherrschte, dankte ihm und ging. Nun zwei Dinge.
- Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, wo und wie viel ich bezahlen soll? Wie im Bild beigefügt, beträgt die Summe 370 für die SERAFE-Gebühr + Mahngebühren.
Was mich verwirrt, sind die Betreibungskosten (?) am Ende der Liste. Wie vorgeschlagen, habe ich in den letzten Tagen zwei E-Mails gesendet und keine Antwort auf die genauen Kosten erhalten. Der Termin, an dem ich bezahlen muss, rückt näher und ich denke, ich sollte nicht auf ihre Antwort warten. Soll ich einfach die 350+20 = 370 bezahlen?
Was die Zahlung betrifft, ist die Zahistelle mit der IBAN-Nummer, wo ich bezahle? Oder muss ich zum Betreibungsamt gehen, um die Zahlung vorzunehmen? Ich konnte im Büro weder eine Rezeption noch einen Informationsschalter finden, an dem ich weitere Fragen hierzu stellen könnte.

Give them a call and ask them how much exactly you will have to pay on the specific day, as there is an interest (which is stated in german on the bottom left).
You will have to pay the Betreibungsamt – with the iban they provided (on the bottom right).
It’s really annoying that they can’t just write the total amount.
Just call them and ask. They’re usually super friendly and seem genuinely happy when you call. They’re pleased as soon as they realise you’re actually trying to pay. Most of their “clients” are probably a pain the ass and don’t want to pay.
Wtf i received also two times a betreibung and they were ble to write jow much the betreibungskosten are
Give them a call and ask them how much you need to pay.
There is a „Betr. Nr.“ At the top of your letter. They need that to find your betreibung.
They can send you a notice for your mobile banking via Email.

If you don’t have a television, you don’t have to pay the TV tax. If you don’t have a car, you don’t have to pay the Radio tax. Of course you can’t watch SRF online either.
