    1. >The Budapest court found Maja T. guilty of attempting to inflict life-threatening bodily harm and membership in a criminal organization.

Man I would hate to get convicted of „attempting to inflict membership“. /S

one of those cases where everyone loses except the people who want less of this stuff happening in the first place hopefully it actually discourages more violence instead of just becoming another headline

German politicians are throwing a tantrum over an attempted murderer being found guilty for attempted murder.

This is what politicizing court cases get’s you.

    4. How are there still neo nazis? Not just in Hungary, I mean in the EU in general. Not saying they should be assaulted, I’m saying they need to be outlawed

A country that defends neo Nazis….

Hungary deserves a special military operation

Sentencing someone to nearly a decade for punching a literal Nazi is like getting the electric chair for swatting a hornet

What a dogshit article that leaves out some important facts. This individual also assaulted people who had literally nothing to do with far right extremism or neo nazism, they were attacked for „looking like neo Nazis“. Some poor random guy was left with a traumatic head injury and stitches because this POS knocked them down to the ground for wearing „camo pants“, because just wearing a specific type of extremely common clothing makes you a neo Nazi to these unhinged lunatics.

Edit: It turns out the guy was wearing camo pants because he worked at a fishing and hunting supplies store, it was literally his uniform.

This case is complete bolloks. The trial had nothing to do with a fair trial and the conditions she will be permanently placed under are absolutely illegal. Even her extraction was fishy at least…. The right and conservatives are teaming up with the rich media owners to attack europe and people so easily fall for it

    12. It’s funny how the German right-wingers are so quiet about deporting criminals to their home countries in this case.

The law is the law. You don’t get away with assault just because the person you assaulted is a neo-Nazi.

This should not be considered a crime and the fact that she got jail time for it shows where the courts, government and political interests of a nation lay. Ask yourselves this, would your government jail you for defending your country from the threat of nazism, if they would then you live in a state which relies on the existence of nazism to maintain power when times get tough.
