      I sincerely believe that ALL US tech companies quite happily let US government agencies monitor users around the world, and I don’t give a damn how much they talk about privacy.

      Apple, google, reddit, facebook, twitter, the whole lot of them.

      They have been doing it for a long long time. If you are an old enough user then you will know that Reddit used to do a warrant canary. Reddit used to have a statement up saying that they have not received a warrant from any government agency requiring the site turn over data. It was taken down back in 2016. So about 10 years now, they are watching.

      They are eroding everything that America once stood for. Freedom of speech, privacy, the right to peaceful protest, the right to criticize your government…especially when the „leader“ of the government sexually abused children. The ones who spy on their own citizens are the ones who are complicit in the downfall of the nation. The America we once knew as the land of the free, no longer is.
