I hate to be a debbie downer, but here’s how I see it.
We are up against non-human entities that have existed for lifespans that greatly exceed ours. They have structured and controlled everything for centuries, and have us in a stranglehold at this point. The evil entities intend to enslave and eradicate humanity. The good entities seem to have no interest in violating free will, and therefore stay pretty (if not totally) hands off. Even if you want to believe the Bible is infallible (given the amount of shade thrown to Christianity by those in power), God doesn’t come back and help until after humanity is extinct. (And that’s not factoring in we know the Bible has been edited by pedophiles at least a few times, so how reliable is it?).
If we go up in arms, they initiate martial law like they’ve been obviously trying to spin up for a while now. If we do nothing, they get our ‚permission‘ to continue on as usual, and it further reinforces the idea in the minds of everyone that they are untouchable.
The only successful option is for enough of us to ‚opt-out‘ of the system so that it collapses. But said system is constructed to ensure said possibility remains theoretical and not actionable. So you ride the apocalypse as best you can. And before people say pray – this shit has been happening for 200 years in the „most Christian nation“. Sorry, but prayer doesn’t do shit, and besides, the devil worshippers put a lot more sacrifice behind their altars than any Christian I know of.
