      On one hand, I get not feeding the trolls. The only reason that meme got posted was to get people to react, ideally emotionally. On the other hand, you can’t let this remain unchallenged and become normalized.

      I do think Obama should make a statement, but I think it should be accompanied by some sort of call to action instead of just „Trump is evil and stupid and said another evil and stupid thing“.

      Always and forever former President Obama and former First Lady Michelle put others before themselves, unselfish in desiring to let the US athletes shine, and have their moment. Always the epitome of dignity and decorum, true leaders in every sense of the word!

      It’s because racism is boring. It’s tired and it’s uncreative. It becomes so repetitive it’s like child trying to describe dinosaurs over and over. At some point you just nod and pat their heads and say “yes, good for you”.

      The Obamas are kind of important people and they act like it. They don’t worry themselves with the commentary of people like Trump.

      100% smartest thing to do. Trump does this stuff for not only attention, but to see it upset his political opponents.

      I bet it chaps his fat ass that they had no comment about it and chose to support the Olympians.
