      The next Dem administration should intentionally and with detail, go completely scorched Earth on Red States. Rule of thumb number one should be, any State that doesn’t pay as much into the Federal coffers as they receive is penalized that amount, and it is returned to the states that pay more into than they receive. That would be a starting place. Red States vote for fewer and lighter local and state taxes, then expect the Federal Government (and the Blue States which pay more than they receive back) to support their roads, schools, hospitals, and infrastructure. Remember Reagans „Cadillac Welfare Queen?“

      Wait aren’t all these states blue and red by small percentage points? So he’s just punishing his supporters for no reason? Or are there truly blue states. I am not American so if someone knows id appreciate it.

      Congress holds the purse strings, not the president. They can not decide who gets what, congress already did that. They have no power to change it without congress approving the changes

      If he wants to define the US as “red” vs “blue” states, then we are no longer united. If he is only president of the states that voted for him, let’s make it official. He can have the red states, blue states don’t need or want him. See how you get by without blue state taxes, big boy. Oh, and red states? Trump doesn’t give a shit about you, either.

      Blue states need to immediately figure out how to quit sending federal taxes to the government. They’ll change their fucking tune when states likeMississippi are starving to death.

      It’s annoying to me that this article details the CDC funding but not the transportation department funding he’s ordering clawed back. 

      So, I found a version detailing both:

      The funding he’s trying to strip in both cases is targeted directly to minorities, lgbtq, the disadvantaged, and… EV drivers.  „Woke shit.“

      It’s worth an infuriating look, and it also becomes very obvious why he doesn’t anticipate affecting his voters in these states.
