Before anyone asks, Rand Paul brought the same bullshit to a congressional hearing like a decade ago.
The claim goes that Obamacare “enslaved” the poor widdle doctors to care for patients they supposedly dont want to. Again, thats the claim, I dont defend it nor does it make sense, but its the bread and butter maga logic.
