Guess he wasn’t wealthy enough to get away with it like the rest of them.

  2. He’s going to get off. No pun intended. They have audio of the kids saying that he never touched them. If a jury hears that, there’s just no way they will convict

Arizona DA about to get embarrassed again.

Guess LE is a joke in that entire state from top to bottom.

  4. will these people leave kids alone? using your power to take advantage of people working for you is evil. He better pay if proved guilty

Interesting. I thought he was already indicted when they issued the arrest warrant.

I have no idea if he’s innocent or guilty but I will say indictment doesn’t mean much. I’ve served on a Grand Jury it’s not a fact finding or unbiased situation.

It may be different by state or federal vs state but when I served you basically sit in a room the DA comes in, reads the list of offenses and explanation of the statute/law, they also offer some details about the crime and you vote.

You’re not supposed to determine guilt or innocence just if there’s enough to go to court. In 6 weeks of serving and hundreds of cases there was never a point when a case wasn’t indicted.

He should look into right wing politics. It seems to be immune to any accountability with this stuff.

  7. This sounds like the satanic prosecution of that Daycare Center in the ’80s in LA. Parental sour grapes over the kids getting fired from the show, mixed in with a bit of hysteria and attorney egos, and nothing more than hearsay evidence. But I could be wrong.

Obviously awful, but now arrest the rest of them. Only one guy got caught
