Dies ist nur ein Teil der Gebäude, die im architektonischen Stil errichtet wurden, der heute als Stalinistisches Reich (stalinistische Architektur) bekannt ist. Was denken Sie über diese Gebäude? Finden Sie sie schön?

Well… Some look fine, and some do not really. My issue is the way some of those buildings are either being used as places for stores or cafes, with their design that doesn’t work with the style of the architecture, or they are getting through dubaification and getting even worse.

Like it or not, it’s the true soul of Baku. I personally like the style, much better than modern and brutalist buildings

Stalin was 2 years old when the building for the National museum of Literature was built. Why is it there?

This is not stalinictic architecture lol. Behind most of the buildings you put here is architect Mikayil Useynov, and some other buildings that you’ve shown here are precisely the buildings that inspired him. And the inspiration behind THOSE buildings is contemporary European architecture fused with Shorvanshah’s palace and other historical buildings in Old City.

As a Turk, I can say it looks great
It seems like a blend of local culture and European style, this buildings reminded me of some late Ottoman and early Republic structures

I’m offended (jk) that you didn’t include the Science Academy building in here. AMEA bulding is straight gorgeous and so pleasant to look at.
