      If the President is immune from ‚official acts‘, then maybe there should be a law which states, while in office, they can’t sue the federal govt. Especially since both sides will use taxpayer money to fund their legal efforts.

      Serious question, what would happen in 50% of tax paying Americans refused to pay their federal taxes in protest? It’s not like the IRS has the capability to go after that many people. Otherwise we’re directly funding domestic terrorism by continuing to give money to ICE.

      Step 2: assign a team at the DOJ to handle the lawsuit.
      Step 3: instruct that team to settle out of court.
      Step 4: repeat steps 1-3 forever (your supporters will never stop supporting you).
