Damn…. If there are rumors, someone must’ve known or suspected, and that guy was still able to keep his job. Who’s responsible for that?
He’s gonna get the absolute worst punishment possible; a year or two tops in jail, released into the public with zero sex offender register, and probably go back to offending.
For their insane judicial and justice system, sex crimes rank lower than piracy.
Why is there still no national register?!?
Jesus, this happens like every week something like this comes out. then they get a slap on the wrist and somehow fade into obscurity, or worse, move schools.
Maybe if he had gone to some of these culture classes the government wants to start to keep the foreigners in line, he might have learned that touching kids isn’t a Japanese norm, or whatever.
Oh, wait. I forget. It kinda is.
