I’m 53 and can’t say I’m a fan since I’ve never listened to his music. I am however more interested in his halftime show than the game and I hope there is some world class trolling on his part of rump and ice.

We all had to witness BEP and RHCP with audio issues. Things could be far worse about having the most popular artist in the country that makes dance music.
I mean his music is not something I normally would listen to. But it’s kind of catchy and I like him as a person and he’s really funny on SNL. Plus MAGA hates his guts 😎

Do people just not listen to music in other languages because they don’t understand that language? There’s so much expressed through tempo, rhythm, singing style. No fun to limit yourself music in just one language.
I’m excited. I thoroughly enjoyed the Shakira/JLo show with that whole proud Latina display, I’m hella excited for the second installment with Bad Bunny and whatever he brings. It’s fun. The whole vibe and culture is vibrant, colorful, enthusiastic, get on your feet and dance.
My mothers maternal side is Mexican but my great grandparents didn’t teach their kids to speak Spanish because they didn’t want them getting picked on and singled out more than they already were for being Mexicans, so unfortunately our family lost out on being bilingual because my great grandparents were more worried about their kids getting attacked or bullied for just being who they were.
Now it’s more of a really broken Spanglish if anything on that side. They joke they’re Mexicans who can’t speak Spanish, still loud and still very proud of being Latino though!

I don’t think he’s going to go all political like everyone is expecting. Don’t forget everyone expected the same from Gaga in 2017 I think it was, right after the election, and aside from the intro with the American flag she just put on a good show for America.
Won tickets to go see him last year. Wasn’t my thing but he put on a good show. Running around upside down on a track while singing. Wouldn’t pay to see him but definitely was a good show.
I don’t care who does the half time show. Just get rid of it all together.
I don’t speak Spanish, but I like his music. I looked up the lyrics and I like the meaning behind the songs as well. I’m looking forward to it! (And the screams of the conservatives will also provide joy)

I won’t be watching, but not because I have anything against Bad Bunny. I’m just uninterested in the Super Bowl. If I complained every time other people enjoyed something that doesn’t interest me I’d have no time to enjoy the things that *do* interest me. If I remember I’ll try to catch the show, but chances are I’ll forget. 🙂
Bad Bunny is undoubtedly popular or the NFL would not have hired him to do the halftime show. Even if he were not a US citizen (which he is), that should make no difference. The halftime show is entertainment, not politics. Or it should be, if there weren’t a bunch of people trying to make a stink when what they’re smelling is themselves.

I’ve never listened to Bad Bunny and I don’t have any interest in the Super Bowl this year but I will be watching Green Day and Bad Bunny perform. I want the numbers to be huge to overshadow the terrible Kid Rock shitshow that will be going on. F*** Ice and all the people who don’t know that Puerto Ricans are American.
Not my taste in music but I might just watch it on pure principle just so it gets more views then the more then likely racist crap kid rock will be putting out.
