A MONTH in a detention center…where children were chanting to „let them out!“….where measles is currently running rampant….and over 1500 miles away from home city.

    That is evil.

    >The DHS defended the detention of the girl in a statement, saying that after Elizabeth’s mother was arrested, “officers allowed her to make phone calls to place the child in the custody of someone she designated”. The DHS’s statement said: “She failed to find a trusted adult to care for the child, so officers kept the family together for the welfare of the child.”

    >That account is contradicted by the assertions of her family and school officials who said the father was ready to take custody, and the DHS did not respond to questions about the discrepancies.

Classic abuser behavior. *Look what you made me do*! If it’s even true – not like DHS has any credibility.

    >When Elizabeth was detained, she assumed she was being sent back to Ecuador, Gutierrez said: “When she was flown to [Texas](https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/texas), she thought her dreams were over. She dreams of being a doctor. She’s pleaded with her dad: ‘Get me out of here. I want to go back home. I want to go back to school. I want to eat good food.’ …

What a fucking monster! Thank god we have agencies like DHS and ICE working 24/7 to protect decent, law-abiding Americans from fifth graders aspiring to be doctors.

It’s infuriating and outrageous. 10 year old kids being torn from their homes and sent to concentration camps.

There is no excuse, it’s pure evil.

Stephen Miller and Kristi Noem must face justice and be held accountable for these gross violations of our constitution and crimes against humanity

  5. When Republicans are no longer in control of the federal government, there needs to be a Warren commission type investigation of DHS and ICE and there needs to be people who go to prison for what they have done.

Everyone involved with making this happen should be arrested. Even the secretary that moved the paperwork.

Listen we are not too far from freight trains delivering immigrants to the camp scenario…

*“If you are not outraged, you are not paying attention“.*

Nazi psychopath Stephen Miller is at the center of all this.

at the very, very least this is Cruel and Unusual Punishment on top of many, many other evils

  10. Even for those fortunate enough to escape, the trauma will likely be lifelong, and America is to blame

This is how you create super villains and terrorists. Silly silly orange clowns.

Move you across the country and just say good luck finding your own way home. Sick fucks.

As if it isn’t evil enough they’re abducting children, flying them halfway across the country, and stuffing them into measles filled hellholes, when released they just dump them out.

*“We know you live in Minnesota and you’re in middle of nowhere Texas now. Figure it out.“*

Like they had to go from that facility to a shelter while their family had to figure out how to get them home after they were illegally abducted by the government. Just absolute insanity.

  14. Meanwhile people are harping that ICE only grabs illegals and the „worst of the worst“.

Here, a 10 year old girl was grabbed off the streets.

Absolutely unforgivable. Everyone who participated should be put on trial. Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait for President Epstein to be ousted before justice, especially for children will be seen.

And you wonder why noone stopped hitler? It’s the inaction of the people that lead to shit like this. Land of the free….my a$$.

ICE are completely evil for the trauma they’re inflicting on innocent children. Not to mention the diseases or abuse they suffered.

  18. LanceThunder on

that poor little kid is going to carry that trauma around for a long time. probably at least a few decades. does it say if she was in the US illegally? i only ask because i hope they were legal so that ICE looks even worse.

Any person who flipped their shit at having to wear a mask during Covid should take note at what actual repression looks like.

Their sudden release the following day came as something of a surprise, said Bobby Painter, managing attorney with the Texas Immigration Law Council, a non-profit representing the family.

Elizabeth and her mother should never have been detained, he said: “This didn’t have to happen. This is a family going through the process as it was intended. They presented at the border as asylum seekers and were admitted to the country. That case is still ongoing. They did everything they were supposed to do and still found themselves detained and separated.”

these are not ‚the worst of the worst‘, these are not violent illegal aliens. These are the tired, the poor who yearn to be free. Ya know, the exact people we say we welcome on the fucking statue of liberty.

Insane seeing the constant argument “they’re going after the worst of the worst criminals!” and they just repeat this over and over while plugging their ears and shouting “LALALALLA I CANT HEAR YOU THEYRE ARRESTING THE WORST CRIMINALS” and then you have all these articles like this that they just totally ignore. Videos of them arresting regular ass working people, cooks, janitors, housekeepers, laborers, factory workers, etc. children, native Americans, literal US citizens. My own father said this shit to me, I grew up with the guy, I don’t have a racist bone in my body because of the way he raised me, never heard any racism out of his mouth my entire life, that is up until maybe 10 years ago I began to slowly hear things come out of my families mouths that I never dreamed I would ever hear from them. I don’t think my family were always bad people and were just keeping it quiet, I think they probably had some minor questionable opinions on certain things but were generally decent people, but over the last 10 or 15 years I’ve watched them slowly become radicalized, bit by bit. Their minor opinions and biases and fears were targeted and nurtured and stoked slowly over time until they’ve become people that they didn’t used to be. I am living proof my family wasn’t like this before the trump era.

Guaranteed PTSD for life and this country will not ever give her the mental health care for it that it caused her.

  23. SoggyBoysenberry7703 on

They really left it up to the kid to find someone to take custody of her?

  24. _Debauchery on

So assuming all of this was technically done legally, is there anyway to punish the individuals invovled in this gross and malign act?

  25. i refuse to be surprised when the horror stories form these situations come out.

  26. How much money did they make to house her in despicable conditions for a month?

They almost had her. Definitely a hardened criminal and obvious leader of a children’s drug cartel. Now back on the streets thanks to those whiney Democrats who have no respect for the rule of law and the amazing thing our glorious and fearless leader has done for this county in the few months he’s been in office. /s

The sad thing is I’m expecting to hear this rhetoric come from them.
