      Several buildings on the base were damaged, one of the hangars was destroyed, and personnel were evacuated.

      All damage is good damage, but I wonder if this is considered a hit or miss.

      You could argue that the flamingo is still in the testing phase, the more they fly, the more they learn. Any damage is a plus.
