That’s not a fine, it’s merely a fee. Off by at least one order of magnitude.

European countries love taking a cut from illicit practices of companies and present it like they are doing it to stop the practices. If they really wanted to stop them, they would issue arrests warrants for the criminals behind the crimes.
Amazon has built a monopoly with our complicity. Ditching Amazon is more painfull than it should be.
