Honestly, after everything we know she went through, it’s hard not to believe her. Surviving that level of control would mess with anyone.
I hope she has a great therapist or a couple of them. She’s only 44. She has half of her life still ahead of her. I also hope she is reading some good self-help books and journaling.
I would be surprised if she actually lives to see 50. She’s clearly gone through a lot of trauma and is currently unstable and spiralling. It’s sad seeing it all unfold really.
Self help books and journaling isn’t going to help her situation.
I really honestly hope she can get the mental health assistance she needs. It’s very sad to see her acting out as she does.
