    1. It was Ms Higgins’s evidence that Mr Coleman told her to move so he could park his van. She said she could not do so, as she was waiting for her husband.

Ms Higgins said the van hit her left knee, causing her leg to buckle slightly, although she was not knocked to the ground. Ms Higgins said her husband saw the collision.

Open season. Minor foot injury which didn’t even result in falling over, 170k wtf

    3. Holding a space for her husband. The fucking entitlement of that woman! If she wasn’t so entitled, this wouldn’t have happened. At all. I don’t think I’d have struck her but I can very easily visualise the headloss. What about the damage her actions have caused the mental health of that man?

Disgraceful, if you’re not in a vehicle you can’t occupy or hold a parking space and shouldn’t be standing on the road. Awards like this just encourage and reward stupid behaviour

Very disappointing to see this kind of behaviour from the owner of ‚a substantial property portfolio‘. This kind of money-grubbing behaviour could really tarnish their image.

Don’t know how she survived to be honest. A knock to the knee can be catastrophic /s

    7. Jesus Christ that is so aggravating.

The judge admitted that the van _probably_ hit her.

The judge said her claims for lossed earnings was completely exaggerated and reflected badly on the claimant yet _still_ awarded her 60k earnings.

Reading between the lines there was basically zero medical evidence of any collision.

      Fucking hell.
