He can’t be bothered to read, is deeply narcissistic, and doesn’t understand anything about politics, business, or economies, and is surrounded by unqualified sycophants who smile at his every whim and let him run wild with powers he doesn’t even understand.
No one really thinks he has a plan or strategy or is capable of making one.
