      The same WHO that refused to implicate China in the original virus outbreak, delayed and watered down the report to appease China, and generally failed miserably.

      Also the same organization where USA paid for 20% of the budget while China contributed 1%.

      So, is Pritzker going to funnel Illinois tax payer money to WHO?

      I really like this workaround. This shows how much of a chump Trump is. I hope every state does this.

      If California, New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, or a combination of them join, there is no reason for representation from the rest of America. I hope States make their own decision.

      Federalism at its finest; as goes California (the sextant), so too might the nation go; but on this good ship…the *USS Constitution*…Illinois is one impenetrable topgallant. Huzzah!

      Do you think Americans are likely to see more fracturing between the states and national government? Will more individual states start following their own interests regardless of what the national government says or does?
