In an election where fresh faces, bluster, fear mongering and posturing move the needle, the Centrist Reform party could have done better than just wheeling out crusty old Noda-san.
Masterful move by Saito, now after the election is over he can return to the LDP with their biggest opposition’s head on a platter to hopefully get that MLIT office back for Komeito.
