We better get a new pipeline project or expansion (or both) on the go as TMX is going to be maxed out later this year. We don’t want to get to a point where we have to curtail again, that was absolutely damaging to investment into the oil and gas sector in Alberta.
Producing a lot of oil isn’t a good thing. It’s becoming less profitable than ever and without a significant buyer any longer, there’s really no money to be made.
There’s a reason why we made a deal with China on EVs.
So happy the billionaire owners are getting RICHER! So so happy for them!
Time to layoff more oilfield workers but before they do, indoctrinate them so they think they are losing their jobs because Liberals and Wokeness won’t buy oil anymore.
And yet we’re still predicting a budget deficit for this financial year. Seems like we’re always just one more pipeline from being rich again.
