Eine grundsätzliche Respektlosigkeit der Politiker gegenüber dem Parlament. Manche wollen nur die Macht der Exekutive, und wenn sie sie nicht bekommen, suchen sie nach etwas anderem. Es hilft nicht, dass die gesamte Fraktion dazu verpflichtet ist, sich strikt an die Parteilinie zu halten. Parteien und damit auch ihre Anführer haben auf diese Weise viel zu viel Macht.

Tja, een beschutte werkplaats is strikter en heeft meer regels.
A small reflection specifically on de Moor: every time someone who wasn’t elected is made minister a shitload of people cry out that that appointment is undemocratic. While a kabinetschef is something different than a minister, it is a position that holds significant influence on policy. So I would assume that the people who would cry out when someone not elected is made minister would applaud this move.
But of course, many just look for any old excuse to be angry at politicians
