Reducing travel during winter months and adjusting the season to accommodate is a conversation worth having in Canada. We can’t make the roads safe. We can’t sleep knowing it wasn’t our kid this year because that was somebodies kid just like us. There isn’t a number of team tragedies that will make all of us stop. There is all of us that don’t want this to happen to another family and we need to make some practical culture shifts that translate into action.
