I’m no expert, and even I can see something is not right.
He’s been showing signs for the past 10 years. It’s full on dementia for the last two years.

It doesn’t matter. He’s been wildly incompetent all his life.
Without the financial backup of his parents , he would have been sleeping rough or more likely in prison for decades.

I mean, he just audibly pooped in his pants on live tv, in front of the entire world. So, I would say that we don’t need an expert opinion for this question.
We have to wait for this awful man to die of old age, because our government is complicit and won’t use their powers to impeach and remove him. Continue the suffering, but we will not forget.
