Anfang Februar 2026 ist Europa von einer ausgedehnten Schneedecke geprägt, die fast ganz Nord- und Osteuropa sowie weite Teile Mitteleuropas bedeckt. Die härtesten Bedingungen werden in Russland, Skandinavien, Finnland, den baltischen Ländern und im Inneren Osteuropas beobachtet, wo die Temperaturen lokal auf etwa -22 °C bis -27 °C sinken und im Allgemeinen unter -15 °C bleiben.
In Mitteleuropa liegt ein weites Gebiet mit Schnee bedeckt, wobei die Temperaturen zwischen -5°C und -10°C liegen, was auf stabile Winterbedingungen hinweist. Westeuropa steht am Rande der Frostzone mit stellenweiser Schneedecke und deutlich höheren Temperaturen, oft um 0°C bis -5°C.
Im Gegensatz dazu bleiben Süd- und Südwesteuropa weitgehend schneefrei und weisen deutlich mildere thermische Bedingungen auf.

This seems like a load of nonsense for Czechia, the green areas between Poland and Czechia are large mountain ranges. I can assure you, that if anywhere is snow, it is there. Its like the opposite of reality
