      Fair play to those doing dry January! I have a question, why pick the most grim miserable time of the year to go cold turkey? Is that not setting up for failure? Why not just cut back a lot, but still allow the odd drink to help get through the long dark weekends.

      Didn’t do dry Jan because life’s too short. I didn’t drink much over Dec or Jan. I think this will continue the rest of the year. Still not going to zero alcohol though, fuck that

      If there’s a month where you NEED alcohol its January. 

      I’m doing dry February instead.

      Not starting until tomorrow though.

      Best to start these things on a Monday.
