TLDR: Während meiner monatlichen Tiefenreinigung habe ich diesen Pilz an der Seite meines Bettes gefunden, und ich weiß nicht, ob ich versuchen soll, ihn selbst zu beseitigen, oder dem Vermieter davon erzählen soll.
Ich wohne in einer WG. In meinem Zimmer mache ich jeden Monat eine tolle Aufräumaktion. Ich bin zu Weihnachten in mein Land gereist, habe aber vor der Abreise wie immer das ganze Zimmer gereinigt und die Fenster offen gelassen (um so etwas zu vermeiden).
Ich kam im Januar zurück, aber nach der ersten Woche wurde mir etwas schlecht, aber ich dachte, es wäre nur eine Erkältung. Aber nach zwei Wochen bekam ich richtig starken Husten, der nachts stärker wurde und mich nicht schlafen ließ. Ich ging zum Arzt, er gab mir eine Krankmeldung, mehr aber nicht.
Heute war ich gerade dabei, mein Zimmer aufzuräumen, als ich das entdeckte. Es ist nicht nur der schwarze Teil, sondern es gibt auch eine Art weißen Pilz, der nicht so leicht zu erkennen ist.
Was soll ich tun? Sollte ich versuchen, es selbst zu reinigen? Soll ich es meinem Vermieter zeigen? Würde er Geld von meiner Anzahlung nehmen, um das Problem zu beheben?

pretty sure you can buy anti mold cleaning sprays. put on a facemask and gloves, do a line of whatever drug you do for motivation and get to scrubbin
Clean that mould right away with pure white vinegar. Keep a close eye on that.
Yer, use some chlorine anti mold cleaner and wipe that shiet. It will smell like chlorine for some hours/days. I recomend as much lüften as possible
Also looks like a leak, is the bathroom next to this wall? Keep an eye out.
Inform your landlord! Yes, it might be troublesome, but if it’s not just because of humidity, it’s better to act as soon as possible and find a permanent solution. I say this because it might be a leak.
(Leaving the window “gekippt” is more likely to lead to issues like mold, you should have just left the heater on winter mode and the window closed.)
Is the wall actually wet to the touch? It definitely appears to be.

Was the mattress placed directly on the ground and at the wall? If yes, the mold could be inside the Mattress as well.
Or ist there a hidden bedframe underneath?

Why do people think letting in cold humid air somehow prevents mold?
You need to heat up the room to prevent it.
Is that an external wall? Your bed must not touch it. The cold of the external wall touches the body warmth from the mattress. This creates condensation that cannot evaporate. Leave 15 cm of space.
You have two paths: tell the landlord immediately and resolve it together. Hide it from the landlord, and try to resolve it. The sprays are needed but probably not enough, they often don’t get all the mold and you must get all of it. I would strip the paint and hope there’s none underneath it.
Both paths can get very expensive for different reasons.
