      Its from an old german videogame called ‘Die Siedler’

      Probably some guy bought an old promotional ad figure and set it up in his garden for fun

      Edit: Völker not Siedler also Die Völker is Austrian not German

      Game has already been named. Might be the garden of a former employee of JoWood, the company that developed Die Völker. They had their seat in western Styria not too far from Salzburg.
