      Housing is just getting too expensive for normal people. The prices are just going up around major cities were people are gathering.

      Last year, 中古 condo in Tokyo 23区 were getting 10 million yen more expensive monthly.
      No one can buy it anymore lol ofc.
      Don’t know the situation outside of Tokyo though

      Don’t think this is true our mortgage rates went up twice in the last two years

      Probably due to the skyrocketing cost of materials and the BOJ deciding to hike rates. This feels like a 60-year breakout to me.
