Hungary’s stat is total BS. It’s much closer to Russia’s or Turkey’s situation than anything else. You can ask Orbán or Lőrinc Mèszáros in this matter

I feel like Russia should be way higher if we account for unreported wealth, offshore accounts, etc.
Most of the money the oligarchs make doesn’t return to circulation in their economy and is instead stashed/spent abroad.
