Er sagt, der Geruch des Sprays dringt in seine Wohnung und er fühlt sich normalerweise unwohl Meine Fenster sind geschlossen, ich öffne meine Balkontür nur manchmal, damit mein Hund nach draußen geht, weil er ein Samojede ist und ihm in der Wohnung wirklich heiß ist. Jetzt habe ich gerade diesen Brief von ihm bekommen … um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich gelacht, weil du das wirklich kannst Wegen solchen Dingen zum Anwalt gehen? Kann ich mein Haus nicht mehr putzen, zum Beispiel einen Prozess machen?

I honestly doubt this guy has an actual attorney preparing an actual court case, because that’s not really anything that they would win. The lawyer in copy does exist, but like….
Instead, they *might* go and ask your landlord to intervene. Which…. to be honest, if your spraying is noticeable in other apartments, that may actually be an issue, but wehtehr they’d really come and get involved is another matter. Probably not. Landlords like to stay out of such things.
If your spray is noticeable outside of your apartment (for example in your staircase) I would say you are overusing it and should maybe get another kind of spray.
I also wonder what’s the case here, e.g. if your bathroom cleaner has a strong smell and they can smell it through the ventilation or an open window or something.
