I learned the Danish word ‚konstantinopolitanderinde‘ which is a constantinopolitan who is female. I dunno why that word is a real word since Constantinople hasn’t been its name for a long time but it is what it is

This is not correct, no one in Norway ever says or writes USA-American no matter how formal, Americans are referred to as Americans or „from the USA“
