Nordkorea feuert zwei ballistische Raketen ab, Japan protestiert

Defense spending is not just to deter China but also North Korea. They have been firing missiles every now and then. They also still haven’t returned people they kidnapped from Japan.

China probably won’t attack Japan outright but can’t say whether North Korea won’t.
