This is shocking news. Are you saying that Ukrainian naval drone munitions have been able to attack a Russian Black Sea Fleet vessel?
It’s definitely time to consider thinking about maybe sacking this guy. If he is unable to stop Ukrainian attacks, just think. A ship could be lost!
Maybe he ought to move to an office without windows. I would suggest a submarine, but then the Ukrainians might fire him.
