      Everybody with a coastline wants in, You nab a tanker, you get some free cargo and a ship. However bad the ship, you can make money for nothing. Russia can’t prove they’re theirs without papers. If they could there would be a fine to get these boats back, many of which are very poor condition, mostly worth scrap value. So, free boats for us!
