That’s plain and simple English, no? Your tax ID must be 9 digits long (at least mine is), and it seems you gave them a passport number, which is not working. Please download the payment receipt from your bank mobile/web app, and you MUST see your tax ID in the receipt under tax payer (or similar field). If not, as far as I know, you should pay tax again with your tax ID.
Note: I am not Georgian but I do work in fintech so I know they use the tax ID in the bank transfer to link back to you.
you actually have to go to the revenue service office wherever you live, give them an ID and they will give you the tax number, with which go to the bank and pay it. i had to do the same with a shipment from the US as well
