If Kosovo thinks joining this will get Serbia to consent to its independence, then they are sorely mistaken.
The largest and most important European countries such as the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Sweden have all declined their invitation… even the small and not that important Slovenia declined.
But countries like Hungary, Albania and Kosovo have accepted.
