      As an associate you get all the perks without all the bullshit bureaucracy.

      Also, I hadn’t realized Bureaucracy has such a stupid spelling I mean what the fuck is wrong with English.

      If only Venezuela could get their shit together and had their full membership restored it would be terrific for the Mercosur.

      I hope they get better in the next few years.

      But is Panama a member? So can a Brazilian go to Panama for example and request residence? My research says no but im happy to be corrected
