      Let’s see the mental gymnastics of the mods to take this one down too. ICE ~~shootings~~ executions are implicitly US politics. Actually it’s the foremost US policy at the moment.

      I think you can see in the video one of the agents using a handgun like a hammer and just beating on the person with it. Not sure if that’s the gun that went off, but those kind of “tactics” just show how untrained, how undisciplined, and how cruel those goons are.

      The murderer draws his weapon, accidentally fires his weapon into the ground, fires on the unarmed citizen, an when the person doesn’t respond empties the rest of their magazine into them for good measure. DO NOT tell me this was justified. NO OTHER OFFICER DRAWS THEIR WEAPON because it was never justified. The only other weapon being used is the other ICE guy beating the victim in the head with his pepper spray canister

      Edit: Homeland security is putting out a picture to say the man was brandishing a weapon. THAT IS NOT ILLEGAL AND NOT A LEGAL JUSTIFICATION TO ASSAULT HIM. They are calling him a terrorist but witnesses say he was shot after being subdued and his weapon was secured by another officer.

      edit- dhs is saying he had a gun… he’s allowed to have a registered weapon, and clearly he was subdued and disarmed if he had any weapon on him… it still doesn’t give the right for these agents to be judge, jury, and executioner towards civilians

      I also don’t believe anything dhs and doj are saying, since they’ve been proven time and time again to just lie 24/7

      who cares if the guy had a gun? minnesota is a concealed carry state, he was perfectly within his rights to have a gun.
