I agree in principle – AI providers and creators should be held accountable if their software/hardware allows child porn/fakes of porn etc.

I am sure all parties in the USA will agree with this, as it is Christian and only right.

Are we going to have special counsels to determine to what degree someone’s likeness constitutes enough similarity to justify the lawsuit?

We must see from the opposite perspective- AI means all nudes and sex tapes are fake. It’s a free defense.

Sue the creators or sue the AI companies enabling CSAM production?
