The guy who ran him over:

At least the judge was lenient, but considering the guy came at him with a knife multiple times (after he was driven over), driving away probably would have ended up the boy being knifed at a later date.

Someone like that gets up after getting run over once I can’t entirely blame the driver for freaking out.
The guy with the knife has a pentagram tattooed on his forehead and a metal grill on his teeth/metal capped incisors.
I’m sure he’s a lovely stable gentleman.
