China, India, ok. Netherlands in the South, OK. France in the North, Italy in Libya, British in the West. All OK. But Libanon? In at least three countries — Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Ivory Coast. What’s the deal there?
There are definitely more British than Dutch nationals in South Africa (and Namibia/Botswana)..

Are you listing the Afrikaaners born in South Africa as having Dutch nationality? Because despite them not being ethnically Africans, their nationality **IS** South African.

After 370 years in South Africa, hoe can you still consider Afrikaners Dutch? Besides, genetically they are just as much German as Dutch, with some French, English and Scottish to boot.
