      Dumb. A groudburst with a decent-sized nuke scoops out a crater deeper than you can dig into a swamp, and even if you could dig that deep, the shock from all that earth being pulverized right over your head would liquefy everyone inside anyway.

      Hitler had a large ballroom added to the Old Reich Chancellery in 1936, with the Führerbunker being situated directly underneath.

      I used to work at NORAD. It was designed to be impervious to nuclear bombs.

      Unfortunately, it was determined that even a mountain isn’t impervious to a sufficiently powerful series of bombs. This is an expensive project that will not meet the stated goal.

      Let’s build a nuclear bunker on a river bank next to a buried creek between the WH and Washington Monument. Attack from above is not something I would worry about, it is the water ingress from below. Damm thing will need an army of sump pumps to keep the water out.

      I told everyone from the very start it was about the bunker.

      I think he really plans on us pushing to the brink or possibly over it.

      Cause he is totally fucked otherwise.

      This the behavior of a man so guilty that he he will do absolutely anything to keep it hidden

      Whatever he has done is so bad the people would likely revolt before a trial could take place.

      Its the only explanation for everything thats happening.

      It’s not the White House that he needs to worry about. It’s Mar-A-Lago. Nuking DC would inevitably lead to WW3. A small nuke or other bomb at Mar-A-Lago, not so much.
