Encouraging to see Carney building new partnerships, even if they are sometimes uncomfortable ones.
If Pierre were Prime Minister, he likely wouldn’t even show up at Davos since he said he would never attend because of those stupid right-wing conspiracy theories about the World Economic Forum.
