      Probably figuring out a way to turn it into a „museum/entertainment center/gift shop/tourist point of interest“ and claim it was never intended to move, and is still functional if they felt like moving it, but they totally don’t feel like it.

      The headline is a lie. I am certain it has moved 3 inches lower at the back since the last photo.

      To be fair this is not at all abnormal behavior for a Russian submarine. They tend to enter a period of hibernation soon after being built. This is like 70% of this class of submarine.
