Not long ago, Russia’s propaganda claimed S-300 could challenge F-35. Reality hits.
If by weak you mean, not hooked up and not running, then weak yeah.
Don’t underestimate these things because they weren’t running.
In all fairness, handing these air systems over to some of the worst militaries on Earth (in the case of Venezuela more a state-sanctioned drug cartell), that subsequently get attacked by some of the most modern / the most modern military on Earth, was not exactly the best scenario to put them into.
They sure as day fall massively short against their purported main adversary, but a ressource-constrained country like Ukraine still must put _some_ effort into overcoming air defences operated by Russia itself, a country that if nothing else is actually at war alert.
