Great but who/ how is it going to be enforced ?
Sad day in the USA when a judge has to rule on this. Everyone knows this ruling will be ignored.

Okay, and what will be done to enforce this? A ruling is just paper, y’know.
And who will be enforcing that? State and local police who have done nothing but aid ICE goons?
There’s evidence that ICE and DHS are worried they will overstep the law and be in the wrong. They should be worried about this, because it will mean legal retribution is coming to anyone on caught violating the law. If not today, then in the future. Hold them accountable. Remind them to obey the law.
Judges haven’t caught on yet that they don’t matter anymore.
I suspect they will do it anyway for intimidation purposes or under fabricated pretenses but this raises the bar for detention and charges by giving considerable legal cover to anyone not actively interfering. Not that this should be necessary but it is good to see at this moment.
What about shooting them in the head – that’s ok right?

It’s the same song and dance with the judges and the politicians opposing them:
– Politican has department do unconstitutional practices, favors them for doing so
– Judges rules said practice is unconstitutional
– Nobody there to enforce said ruling, so cycle repeats

What makes you think this’ll stop them? The GOP will just claim the protestors were violently instigating despite mountains of evidence that says otherwise, and everyone will go along with it. It’s the same thing that’s been happening this whole term
Needs to be threats of serious punishment towards ICE that actually gets carried out. These sociopaths need their arses handed to them.
Is any of them able to read the ruling? And understand it?
