It’s not about one or the other. There’s a strategic plan that will only divide the seen from the unseen. Everything that high up is meticulously planned. If people of this caliber act like they are dumb as fuck, you know they have it all figured out. Unfortunately the media shows them as inept to perform their duties. But it’s all a show.
