ICE doesn’t need to be abolished as much as it needs to be reformed to root out all the racists, only go after violent criminals, ban abusive practices and bans on them wearing masks/lack of identification. We are so fucked that we don’t have the luxury of progressive purity politics. Newsome can actually defeat MAGA and capture a lot of that white and male support that Harris couldn’t get.
