The important thing about these polls is that they aren’t being used to inform and revise policy that is deemed unacceptable by the masses, but rather to identify when to change the narrative.
They aren’t reading the room, seeing everyone hates them, maybe we should rethink our approach. They are reading the room, seeing the hate swell, and are preparing to deliver a devastating response to that hate that they helped cultivate.
